Pelvic Floor and Core Workshop

This workshop may be exactly what you need to take back control of your life.

Small Group - limited to 6 participants

Do you ever…

  • Leak with exercise?
  • Feel pelvic heaviness?
  • Notice increased urgency with exercise?
  • Have back pain?
  • Feel worried about diastasis recti?
  • Struggle with connecting to your core or “bracing”?

This workshop will include a short education piece to learn what the pelvic floor is, what it does, and the factors that influence its function. You’ll then learn how to integrate the pelvic floor and core into movements with a 20-30 minute workout!

*All fitness levels welcome! The workout may include dumbbells, kettlebells, and/or resistance bands, but modifications will be given for exercise as needed.

*Pregnant? Feel free to join! This is a perfect time to learn more about your pelvic floor and core. Modifications will be given for the workout so you can participate!
